  1. Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. We cannot accept returns for items ordered more than 30 days ago.

  2. Final Sale Items: FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure that you review the product details carefully before making a purchase.

  3. EVA Styles: EVA styles are not eligible for return or exchange.

  4. Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  5. Return Process:

    1. We use Happy Returns for our return portal. You will need your order number and postal zip code to begin the process.

  6. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
  7. Manufacturer Defects: We guarantee against manufacturer defects within 30 days of purchase. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us immediately for assistance.

  8. Purchase Origin: Only merchandise purchased through miashoes.com will be accepted for a refund. MIA Shoes merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store it was originally purchased from and is subject to the policies of the originating retailer.

  9. International Returns: Return shipping costs for orders outside the domestic United States are the responsibility of the customer.
  10. Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund the shipping costs paid by the customer. Refunds will only be issued for the returned shoes. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  11. Shipping Disclaimer: Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by FedEx, as weather and other factors could affect delivery times.
