MIA SHOES RETURNS / EXCHANGES INFORMATION
- To return an item free of charge, please pack in its original condition & send back to us within 30 days of purchase using the prepaid return label.
- Only merchandise purchased through our online store will be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Can I make a return/ exchange without my return form?
The return form must be included in with merchandise being returned/ exchanged.
Do I have to pay for shipping if I would like to make a return/ exchange?
Unless otherwise stated, every product is shipped with a prepaid return label for returns/ exchanges.
How long will my return take to process?
Upon arrival (which takes 5-10 business days), returns take 2-3 business days to process & credit back to your account.
What if an item I bought goes on sale, could I get a credit for the price difference?
If the item goes on sale within 14 days or less of the date purchased, we will credit the price difference. Anything after 14 days will not be honored.
- When sending back merchandise for exchange, please make sure to check our website for availability and then fill out the form on the other side. Your replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
- A maximum of 2 exchanges will be accommodated. After that they will be credited as a refund.
- Returns take about 2-4 weeks to process.
- A refund will take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

- Fill out the return form attached to your packing slip.
- Tear off return form to include with your return.
- Attach the return label to the outside of the original box.
- Call UPS at 1-800-742-5877, or go to www.ups.com and arrange the pickup from your location.
