MIA SHOES RETURNS / EXCHANGES INFORMATION


RETURN POLICY:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund‑if returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Items returned between 15 -30 days of purchase date will be subject to a restocking fee of $10.
  • No returns will be accepted on any item returned after 30 days of the purchase date.
  • All returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in their original shoe box.
  • Upon receipt of your return (which takes 5-10 business days) your refund will be applied to your account within 2-3 business days.
  • Only merchandise purchased through our online store will be accepted for a refund or exchange.

 

Can I make a return/ exchange without my return form?

The return form must be included in with merchandise being returned/ exchanged.

Do I have to pay for shipping if I would like to make a return/ exchange?

Unless otherwise stated, every product is shipped with a prepaid return label for returns/ exchanges.

How long will my return take to process?

Upon arrival (which takes 5-10 business days), returns take 2-3 business days to process & credit back to your account.

What if an item I bought goes on sale, could I get a credit for the price difference?

If the item goes on sale within 14 days or less of the date purchased, we will credit the price difference. Anything after 14 days will not be honored.

 

EXCHANGES

  • When sending back merchandise for exchange, please make sure to check our website for availability and then fill out the form on the other side. Your replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
  • A maximum of 2 exchanges will be accommodated. After that they will be credited as a refund.
  • Exchanges and any refunds applicable will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days of return of the original purchase.

 

PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Fill out the return form attached to your packing slip (Please specify reason for return).
  • Tear off return form to include with your return. 
  • Attach the return label to the outside of the original box.
  • Call UPS at 1-800-742-5877, or go to www.ups.com to arrange a pickup from your location.
  • When sending back merchandise for exchange, please make sure to check our website for availability and then fill out the form on the other side.
    Your replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
  • A maximum of 2 exchanges will be accommodated. After that they will be credited as a refund.
  • Returns take about 2-4 weeks to process.
  • A refund will take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

DISCOUNT POLICY

Coupon Code discounts can only be applied to regular priced items. Coupon codes may not be used on sale items.
