Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your product within 30 days. In every shipment along with the packing slip you will find a pre-paid FedEx return label*. 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges and sales tax are not counted towards the merchandise subtotal.
  • Only one promotional code can be used per order.
  • A maximum of 2 item exchanges per order will be accommodated. After that they will be credited as a refund.
  • Exchanges can be made for a different style MIA Shoe as long as the new shoe is the same price. 
  • All returns must be unworn, in new condition, and in their original shoe box.
  • Upon receipt of your return (which takes 5-10 business days) your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit statement.
  • Only merchandise purchased through miashoes.com will be accepted for a refund or exchange. MIA Shoes merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store it was originally purchased from and is subject to the policies of the originating retailer.
  • We do not process exchanges for international orders. If you would like to exchange your item, please send your return back for a full refund and place a new order.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • If you do not have the original packing slip/ return form, please contact customer service at info@miashoes.com to receive the form via email. The return form must be included with the merchandise being returned/exchanged.

Only shipments within the continental U.S. receive a free return label. International customers are responsible for the cost of returns.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Place items in original packaging.
  2. Fill out the return form attached to your packing slip, specifying products to be returned and reason for return.
  3. Put return form in the package to be returned.
  4. Attach shipping label to the outside of the box.
  5. Call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to arrange a pick-up or drop off package at your local FedEx store.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

  1. Check on miashoes.com, call one of our customer service representatives to check if the item you want is in stock.
  2. Fill out the exchange section on the bottom portion of the return form that is attached to your packing slip.
  3. Place items in original packaging.
  4. Put exchange form in the package.
  5. Attach shipping label to the outside of the box.
  6. Call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to arrange a pick-up or drop off the package at your local FedEx store.
  7. Upon receipt of your package we will ship your exchange within 2-3 days.
