Your card may also be declined because of your bank. Maybe
they put a temporary hold on your card, or maybe you're
just flat out of money. In this case you need to speak

a 4-digit order number, then your online order probably
went through ok. Often people mis-type their e-mail address
so it is impossible for us to send an online order confirmation.
If you received an order number but not an e-mail confirmation
then this might explain the problem. If you didn't receive
an order number after placing your online order, AND you
didn't receive an e-mail confirmation then there may have
been a problem with your online order. Give us a call
at (Toll Free) 1-866-642-0809 and we'll check it out for
you.
Also it's REALLY IMPORTANT to remember that sometimes
verifying your online order can take a while, especially
when the site is busy. You need to wait for the online
order to be completely verified and receive back a 4-digit
order number. If you keep re-submitting the online order
before it is completely processed then your order will
not go through correctly, or it could go through more
than once.
