If at any time you are unsatisfied with a product you have received from us, please note the following:

• Unworn Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Only merchandise purchased through our online store will be accepted for a refund or exchange.

• ALL Merchandise will be accepted for a refund, but the refund will be minus the cost of shipping.

• When sending back merchandise for exchange, please make sure to check on our website for availability.

• Returns take 2 to 4 weeks to process.

• A credit to your account will take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

Q: Can I make a return or an exchange without a receipt?

Q: I ordered my usual size, but it doesn’t fit. How do I go about exchanging it for a different size?
A: Follow the instructions on the return form and make sure to check our website to make sure the shoe is available in the size you need. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace it.

Q: I have ordered from MIA before and I always take a size 8.5. The last pair I received in an 8.5 was too big. Is there always an inconsistency in your sizing?
A: Unfortunately you will discover that this is a common issue when buying shoes. Depending on country of origin and other factors such as the specific design of the shoe, these variations will occur. But, not to worry, if you need to exchange a regular priced item for a different size, please use the return form included with your order. We will ship the item at no cost to you.

Q: Help! I added a shoe to my shopping cart but I changed my mind and want something else!
A: Change your mind as much as you want! You can mess with the contents of your cart as many times as you please before you go to the checkout. When you want to delete an item simply click on "modify contents of cart." Then go to the quantity number and replace the number 1 with a zero (0). Your cart will be emptied of that item and you can go back to shopping in style.

A: MAKE SURE TO GIVE YOUR CORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESS. If after you placed your online order, you were taken to a screen with a 4-digit order number, then your online order probably went through ok. Often people mis-type their e-mail address so it is impossible for us to send an online order confirmation. If you received an order number but not an e-mail confirmation then this might explain the problem. If you didn't receive an order number after placing your online order, AND you didn't receive an e-mail confirmation then there may have been a problem with your online order. Also it's REALLY IMPORTANT to remember that sometimes verifying your online order can take a while, especially when the site is busy. You need to wait for the online order to be completely verified and receive back a 4-digit order number. If you keep re-submitting the online order before it is completely processed then your order will not go through correctly, or it could go through more than once.
